There probably was a reason for chopping down this tree and some around it, but nevertheless I felt kind of sorry when I found it lying there on a walk through the forrest. Guess it would have had millions of stories to tell about all those people passing by through the years it stood there tall and strong...

Feeling sad is what i do too. You improved that by doing this one in sepia. All those fallen leaves around ... but as stated by akinom lately "in every ending, there is a new begining" ..

I don't know why, but I love trees in their life and death. The sepia tone works very well for this. Don't listen to Cynlee she loves to babble uncontrolably. lol.
