The image has a weird kind of beauty. IMO a bit oversharpened...but very cool indeed. (and I sure would like to have that .bmp used for the strata ;))

Hell yeah, its a really great image. The strata is terrific. Naming it after SRV, pure genius. Watch out for that Texas flood that's coming.

Interesting piece. The water doesn't look normal, but it does look appealing, and I have occasionally seen sun glint off the water like that. Nice composition and strata.
