Nice job. The 3d relief in the picture frame and lighting sort of makes me think of Cocteau's "Beauty and the Beast", with the arms sticking out of the wall.

I already downloaded it after you showed this on the Yahoo list. I wondered, did you use ZBrush for the facial additions? Or for the whole face? Or just C3?
