It has taken a months to complete this study, and I'm confident that this has been time well spent.
Trees are not imported models, there are all pict format.
Rendered in Bryce4, and no post rendering.

Yeah this is great stuff. I always like to know about the construction. How did you get the grass texture and path texture to fade across like that. Are they two separate meshes? The lighting is also wonderful. How long did it take to render?

Thank you for many impressions! About this work: Crossroads and grass materialized by a plural mesh. Grass texture is transparent map on bryce. Render time was about 6 hours on my Mac G3 266MHz Sorry for my poor english. .
