Every one should have a concept in his mind of exactly how they are going to die so they can have the extreme chagrin when it happens and they are still alive. That leads to the next death wish and the next and the next. At some time one can interupt the whole process and pick one's self up by taking the lead and no longer being ground down to a nub. After the thousandth page the book is done but the editting has just begun. Nobody reads two thousand page books... or do they?
