I like it. You've got some nasty pixelizatoin from the saving compression, and I think she could benefit from a little yellower light, as the skin tone seems a tiny bit 'plastic'. Might also fiddle with the expression, as it seems a little blank for such an exuberant (and likable) pose :). Finally, she looks like she's going pretty fast, but her hair isn't being stirred by the wind particularly. Hope to see more as you work with it :).
