Description
This is a picture I did quite some time ago useing a photo of my cat. in Paint Shop Pro I used filters to get the transparent effect to the cat,then that leafless forest was put in as an overlay, added mist sprays of color and here's the results! He's a real "FAMILURE" isn't he?
