Absoltuley stunning effects due to the HDRI. Some very light comments, which I am sure you can easily address: 1. The fork, whch is in focus, has a bit of the jaggies; since everything else is so smooth, it stands out a bit. 2. The DOF of the glass on the right seems a little too extreme to me.. should it be that much out of focus? But mostly, this is major-"big time", beautifully executed.. I'd be proud to have said I had done it, for sure. Bravo!

LCGuy : Thanks for your comment, you are right about the fork, i have no idea why it turned out like this. About the glass on the right, i think the dof is oke in my opion. : )

Excellent artwork. The only thing what I'm not familiar with is the fork with five tooth. I've never eaten with such a fork before.
I agree with LC-Guy. Although I'm a fan of extreme DOF's, it seems to be to strong in this case. So it looks like a macro shot. All objects appear much smaller.
Debevec's kitchen in use?
Best Regards Daniel

Kvasi : about the fork, believe me the fork has 5 tooth its a copy of a real one i have here. Its Debevec kitchen Hdri. Thank u : )

Awesome image !

An excellent scene. I think the depth of field is fine. Seen forks like that too.

What kind of antialiasing settings did you use for that scene? I'd recommend that you tried to render it with (max) 16x16 antialiasing to see if that would rid the jaggies on the fork. That could also be good for the foremost glass which has some weird surface glitches, too. Other than that, great scene with some really nice modelling.

I agree with LC guy, but WOWWOWWOWOWWOWOW! Some amazing realism here!! Thank you for posting it

It looks quite nice but, the dof is not right. You get less dof between subject and camera than after subject- ie with such pronounced out of focusness behind plane of focus you should get much less depth of field in front. This is a problem you get when one arbitarily sets up dof witrhout reference to real life performance of optics. Could be a real great image though!

ok u already know how great this looks XP nice work
