BIOI'm from Croatia (small land for big vacation - from touristic brochure) Born in 1972. Hooked on computer since 1987 (started with Commodore 64). My first attempts in graphic started in Art Studio on C=64 where I used joystick to paint (sounds silly but then there was no mouses) in 16 colors. After that came Amiga (with mouse) and much more colors. I made my first 3D objects in 3D studio 4 (DOS-based program :) ) in 1996. I worked also as Web master and Web designer for few years. Currently, I got steady job as designer for exhibition areas in fairs and exhibitions. I started on Renderosity as artist and published few rendered images. Later on, I published some free objects and after that started with creation of commercial models and textures. I loooove to play video-games, read books and watch movies (I prefer Sci-Fi). One more thing; whatever I do, I can't do it without listening good Indie music! Thank You for stopping by. Dominik

uh..1938 would be the start of dubya dubya 2..;) great work tho, reminds me of an episode of From the Earth to the Moon

Uh, Pakled is mistaken, WWII started Sept 1, 1939...Also, WWI didn't last from 1914 to 1978!!! AND, the allies weren't dressed as the German Wehrmacht! Coflek, Do Your Research...AND, the shells look too much like massive pistol bullets...

Really nice work!

Oh my God... Did everyone of you heard about alternative universes?!?! Those flags in back aren't British too, but who cares... This is how I imagine that would look IF WWI didn't finish 1918.
ShellShock
Wait a minute... If there was no world war two, there would have been no world war two. It would have been "the great war" and "the war to end all wars", but not WWI.
coflek-gnorg
Congrats ShellShock! That's incredebly important for the picture! Next one is gonna be about "The Great War" or "The War to End All Wars"! It's my fault writing any description below picture in the first place. :(((((((((

Sure I have heard about alternative universes. That is why I mentioned it looking great for a pulp nazi-cannon in the first place. That means I completely agree with you. Dont take comments too serious. I find that you did an excellent job with this scene. Just add a more fitting description the next time, or no description at all. That adds more fact, or mystery. Both is good, in between is not. Thumps up and render on! :D

Nice I especially like the pose of the leaning man...

Very interesting idea, about that 'alternative past'. Good atmospheric effects. That floor looks to clean for this kind of installation, though.

Nice Work!

What was the event in 1978 that you consider the war's end? Or is that just in the alternate history, not our timeline? Agree it would be called "the World War", unless our WW III has begun in this timeline, in which case no one is calling it anything: they're all dead!

Alternate histories aside, I really like this stage. It has a serious Diesel Punk, Fallout, From the Earth to the Moon kind of vibe. I know this model is over 20 years old but it would have been a welcome addition to your store ... it's really cool. And by the way IMHO if there ever is a human war that actually ends all humans wars ... no humans will actually be around to write it down. It's not in our nature.
