hmm, hteres little mistake - bacground has more saturation and contrast than main part of image - wich i suppose is this female in foreground. In end, this means, that background is more apparent and stronger element and attracts more attention than woman figgure in foreground. I will try to use auto levels on her, or add saturation and contrast, you will see how entire image improves. s.

i like the background, eye catching. I agree with spaceboy a little, maybe soften the background, not so much the colour just soften it. Less liney.
