It's very easy if you got Photoshop. Just take a fragment you want on a duplicated image, Crop it and let the Image Size to be 200 on the biggest side where the "constrain proportions" is on... then go to Save for Web and optimise quality for less then 15 kb.. it's in the low right corner on the right image side. Then save it using THUMB word in the file name :-)
