Well, you do need a bit of touch-up work... I think the expression on the before face was better... and the vertical lines underneath the skull need a bit of work... and the texture/lighting on the upper torso needs adjustment, it comes off as malformed. Aside from that... GREAT job, you are on the verge of awesome.
