A frame that may or may not be implemented in the graphic novel i'm trying to make ^_^

grounds looks off, maybe change it to a real sidewalk or something. the rest is good.. i would add a little more light to the faces but keep the slight blue tint for the night light just accent their faces a tad making the shadows cast from top to bottom right to left (like a street lamp a ways away, not necissarily on them or near them but shadow wise from distance) this way you get a shadow to the bottom left and you can accent their faces (his mainly) without making them in the light but making their faces and what they are doing the main subject of the picture and not a distraction from your point for this image..

Very good... and I agree with the above assessment of Tyrana_Knight. It only needs some very small changes to make an excellent! Great work.
