Nice render... Expression is sweet, lighting and shadows are well placed and post work is very well done. One minor suggestion. Try placing a slight shadow under the hair you do in post work... just follow the render lighting and shadows to find the direction to place the shadow. It will add a greater sense of realism to the hair. That's it, great job!

I really like this pic. The only thing I'm not too partial on is the big, empty space on the right. Cropping would help.
