Description
There she was, one of the last of her kind. Years of slaying the great race of dragons has dwendled their number down to nothing. They once numbered in thousands, but the world of men could no longer even attept peace with the ancient race.
I watched her soaring above, through the gates, as i waited for the porculis to open. Could I really do it? Would I help to exterminate an intelligent race, one who's origins far excede that of the human race? Who am I to destroy something that has never bothered me? Why did I take up the call those years ago? My sword having now tasted the blood of many dragons, What would become of me, if i were to slay the last one?
The nudge from my loyal friend and mount, Zaluos, brock my thoughts, and I knew what I must do....

Cool pic, and love the story behind it. Good stuff.
GROINGRINDER
Poor dragons. Very nice pic, but some scorch marks and dents in the armor will make the battles seem less one sided.

Love it... like out of a storybook.

get her down! ;)

Lovely composition and use of colour! I'd really like to see a postworked version of this, just to soften the edges a little - but I like it the way it is, too.
ShadowWind
