Description

Thanks for looking....Still working on placement and depth of field in Bryce....all crits are welcome and appreciated! I created the mountains, the presets were just not the beef I was looking for, I needed something that gave the feel that huge ice bolders carved its making. Post work in PSP 7.

That water looks dark and powerful. Lovely view with a Grand character.

Nice POV. Don't forget about the texture editor.Use of parametric or random can create some nice material effects. It is difficult when you skew the mountains like this but changing the texture in PSP makes a big difference. For instance, rotating the image 90 deg.then importing it back into Bryce.

hey this is awesome, for a second i thought it was a terragen image! (you'll understand how much of a compliment that is if you take a look in the terragen gallery here heheh) i really like both the mountains and the water. why is the image so grainy though? was that intentional, or just a side-effect of reducing image size?

Hey RaysOfLight thank you for the compliment, I am aways awe struck with the work from terragen images and that of Vue. The grainy was intentional, living here in sunny Florida, I have yet forgotten the cold and ice of the northern winters. When I applied the texture I had to laugh! It made me cold.....lol Thanks RaysOfLight :)
