Description
In the stillness of the night he said his goodbyes to her, such as they were. He had not the words to express what he felt, but he knew that within him lay the strength and the power to avenge her in the only way she would desire of him.
As his torch touched the brushwood into crackling life it felt like he had also ignited the bloodlust within his heart. It rushed in to fill the empty space that she had left.
Roiling boiling images assailed him, and his head spun momentarily; images filled with blood and bone and butchery.
Her pyre burned brightly sending incandescent sparks of her soul into the heavens as he turned and strode away. He let the darkness take him, perhaps forever. I'm not sure whether my nature will let me concentrate long enough on one subject to turn this into an actual series, but I thought it at least deserved another scene.
Maybe an "occasional" series eh? ~lol~

Nice story line great display of emotional content. Regular offerings for a continued series would be great, but occasional will do when one's concentration stray's. Lord knows mine stray's all the time.

Nigel will have his revenge Damn-it! You've done a excellent job with him in this series, and your comic ones too! If you're going to make this a series, I want a "Vespa Mod" series also--Priceless. Keep up the great work...t.c.
