Very nice work & image! Love the texture and colour. This would make a great backdrop for Vicky, only, instead of the sword a machette! - HAVE YOU SEEN THE STATE OF THAT BACK GARDEN!! LOL>

This makes me angry. Such a beautiful place and what do all those morons do? Scratch their worthless names into it! aaarg
Anyways: wonderful capture Snakey and you did well with the exposure for this light is most difficult. Some little less might have been better?

Lovely scene. Agree with raven. These morons should be hang by there balls. Its hard to shoot trough a window with this light. You could try, if ya have a tripod, to do 2 shots, 1 for the background and 1 foreground, then mix em ;)

I think I could do a touch up here but when I titled it RUINS.... I think i had all these scratching in my mind...... they really ruined it...... ;) as for exposure, I have couple more where the pic looks better, Here I was just trying to figure out how the manual setting in a digi cam works......and I guess, it's a good lesson.... I will post some more cool shots from th is place...... a couple from the other part of it..... It's actually in one part of a Garden and this structure was built in 1600 something and no one knows who built it even..... now, isn't that interesting;)??

OK a little too much light on the outside here. This ruin is very pretty. It is a shame that people have no respect for historical monuments. (Built in the 1600's?) With a little coaching, I think you could shoot this picture perfect! :)

Oh that is beautiful.. I bet it was even more beautiful without the scratchings.. I don't know why some tiny people feel a need to leave their mark..like a dog or a cat.. staking territory.. You know they go into the woods and do the same thing on trees.. it's a shame....still this is beautiful.

awwe, yes, the ruins have been ruined by all the inane gaffiti, still a lovely shot, good suggestion by Kro & watch the angle when shooting so the windows lines don't look crooked which i see the horizontal lines are not... luv the golden tone :]
