Description
A character from a 1990 Champions Roleplay that was largely inspired by the villian, Biko Daitokuji from the anime, Project A-ko. After all sorts of solid state concepts, she ended up like this in the last RP I used her in before the game ultimately ended. I think I picked the sky picture off a site dedicated to cloud photography.
