Great composition. Very realistic wall textures. I like reflection of the tree on window's glass, and dry leaves falling around. Only things that bothers me are textures of cushions and radio, they are too colorful, they bounce off in the scene. Neverthanless, excellent.

This is a really wonderful render!!! I love the textures, the color-combination which makes the image vivid, the lightfall, the composition, the details and the falling leaves... I love every pixel of it! :)
