This is something new I am working with was hoping to perhaps get some feed back. The face shape is all set by me. I simply used Victoria 2 Post work done in PSP7

Cool postwork, but it does eliminate some of the detail. Maybe that was what you were going for.

Thank you. As far as detail, I really wasn't looking to keep the 'outline' edges provided in poswer. I was simply looking for an artistic detail something along the lines of using colored charcoal pencil on paper or regular colored pencils. lines forming the image but not really a cut outline so to speak..maybe I am just not explaining it properly...lol...Anyhow..Thank you for the comments! They are greatly appreciated.
