Description
Just for fun, I made Celestia calculate the location of Halley's Comet in the 24th century. This one is at the date of august 21st, 2362.
The Enterprise-D is at its last stage of testing this time, travelling at warp speed outside the Solar system and undergoing some adjustments.

I have increased the ambient illumination to make the night side of the Earth visible.
As you see, the view of Halley's Comet will be lousy on Earth's surface. But why bother about that? We have starbases and starships, don't we?

If you want the LCARS fonts (the ones they use on display), do a search for Tommy of Escondido, who has them, and the alien fonts as well. good work.
