Looks like about a 1961 Dual Ghia L.6.4.It was the second generation of a limited production car originally built by auto transport contractor Eugene Casaroll who in 1956 formed Dual Motors and based it on Virgil Exner's Dodge Firebomb/Firearrow show cars of the early 1950's.Nice picture.
