Description

Assembled this from two walls, processed two photos I made yesterday. Maybe tomorrow I'll post the nearby crane. The floor is actually a rubble wall at the J. Phelps winery somewhere near Napa. -*- To process the photos, I distorted until the bricks were horizontal and edges of the windows were close to vertical. My camera has some fisheye distortion but I ignored that. Then I carefully removed any glass, and part of a car. Then just the standard box assembly in Bryce, some lights, set up the camera, and 'shoot'. -*- Thanks for viewing, always fun to see what everyone thinks.

Very good image. What could make it better is the trees in the foreground. They don't quite match the image flavor. Maybe give them a darker texture or autumn type colors. The contrast of the leaves is just too light. But other than that it looks very good.

Wow, this is amazing. Exceptional texture work. Only suggestion I'd make is that the storm drain is a little huge and maybe the bars are down a little too far. Other than that, perfect.

Too cool, you've gone and done it this time. I especially admire the play of light on the back wall, very lovely. The only thing I might want to see tinkered with; maybe add a couple of hints of interior furnishings in a couple windows? ( to give it that 'lived in' look! ) Jeez, I look at work like this and wish I had another couple hundred hours of practice under my belt.

Really has the look of an old sweatshop factory. Now, where's the gentrified version? Just kidding. It's great, although I do agree about the trees not quite matching, and the stones in the windows - is that meant to be boarding-up?

Brillant. None uses textures as you, jim... And many little things to apreciate in your modelling too... Bravo.
