I am not constructing a view or an imagination....it is just coming into to me..... That is me....I am painting, looking through live and cosmic ideas.....and I am enjoying all what comes to my mind! Thanks for this great opportunity!
I am living in Vienna with three cats....
Somehow I am not surrealistic but if you think surrealistic, then I am a Surrealist, too.

http://www.artland.atBIOI was born as second son of parents being development workers in Malawi/Africa in 1970. Living my early years on the beaches of the delightful Lake Malawi I still recall colourful sceneries of water, light and tropical vegetation. I also remember frightful thunderstorms, the sound of drums from nearby villages and playing with my native friends. Lost paradise of childhood.
After return to Europe my life was characterized by numerous changes of living places, moving between Vienna, Frankfurt, Villach/Austria and Salzburg. As a consequence I had to change schools eight times. Since 1991 I am a resident of Vienna the home town of my mother. Besides studying physics and philosophy I intensified my earlier efforts in painting and other artwork.
Actually I have never been hunting lions or butterflies........... but I have always been hunting for pictures arising in my imagination. In my opinion, this is the way a real painter perceives his images. After exhibitions in Austria and Germany such as Hoovering on the Beach or Being a Human Being ?, I mhad a memorable exhibition in the Manege-Gallery at the Red Square in Moskau in December 1997. Currently I am also working as a designer, painting house-facades, producing sundials and developing various artistic advertising materials. However, it is my genuine conviction to be a painter and, consequently, my main thrust and interest will continue to further translate my spiritual and cognitive imaginations.
