My real name is Thomas McCann, I was born in Buffalo N.Y. in October 1952. I currently reside in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia U.S.A.,........I attended the Maryland School of Art and Design and studied Fine and Commercial art. I began working in traditional media at age 7 (mainly pencil sketches), then worked with watercolors and arcylics in high school. I started working with digital media about 11 years ago (1996), using Metacrations "Detailer", a 3D paint application. I currently use mainly Bryce 6.1 and Cinema 4D 8.1 and 3D Studio Max 4.2 for modeling and tweaks. I am currently learning Rhino and Zbrush. Thanks for your attention.

Excellent rendering...very well done. I have been thinking about a Pearl Harbor ship scene myself, but can't find the models online to work with. Thanks for the link advice...will check them out! Keep more works coming

The original scene is as great as the "newer" one! Lots of cool eexplosions, smoke, and the terrain looks quite distant...

The Hawks and Zekes look good, and yes, Zeroes were also called Zekes. Very well done.

Nice, but the P-40s at Hawaii in December 1941 were plain olive drab. This P-40 looks almost like it belongs to the R.A.A.F., the stars looking like roundels from the angle, except the Aussies painted the roundels on the fuselage. Otherwise, great pic!

well done!!Are the planes models or pics, where didyou get them fomr if so! One more thing, on the planes, the somke would normally drape behind them, leaving a trail in the sky, anyways, well done!!!

This is fabulous, forget the nitpicking! The feel of the moment, as they get engaged in combat, is great!!! Excellent pov! I love the flak bursts! Your choice of colors, and lighting are fabulous!
