Description

In total only spent about 2 1/2 hours on it so far, not very happy with it as it looks more like a toy than a real car, hopefully I will be able to fix this, but i think that it is not bad for a first attempt. After I have finished the modelling I am going to redo it a few times to see if I can improve on it. Criticism much appreciated as I want to get better. * doh!! forgot to click the comment box!!!, well I did post it very late at night! My next task is to redo the bumper cos it looks crap

Hey that looks really nice. Looking like a toy?? Well that can easily be fixed. First of all try stretching the whole mesh out a bit from front to back. Second try to get sharper edges in certain areas. wheel wells usually go a certain distance apart. I have found that when you put tires in each wheel wel there should be at least 3 tire spaces between each one. Thats why i said to stretch the mesh a little. Well keep at it. make it sit on something. and add some nice rims!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Work sucks at the moment, I have only had about 30 minutes in the last two days to muck around in c4d. I have done a little bit more work on the bonet. Ignore how smooth the glass is on the headlights, forgot to turn off the smoothing angle on the poly object. When I can get some time I will redo the bumper.
