Description

A little bryce and poser but alot of photoshop painting. Yet another scene from the story, I did this as more of a challenge as battle scenes are so busy and hard to capture. Anyway, always love to hear your comments and thanks for viewing.

Wow!! The logistics of such a grand and sweeping scene simply boggle the mind, yet you manage to make it all seem like a breeze. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful art! :)

omg--this is incredible. I cant believe the atmosphere you have created in the lighting, and shear depth. there is so much to appreciate in this--from the size of the fortress, to the sense of action at the gate, and the detail of the surrounding woods, i really cant believe what im seeing!! as always incredible work--this one is going to my favorites, and onto my desktop!

I love it's lighting to death. That purple on the brick is oh so cool! The whole thing rock though! The castle bridge, the mountains, the angle, the vivid forestry, river, the whole 9. Another glimpse into greatness, you are the Kinkaid of Fantasy!

Wow, what more can one say? Since you're asking for feedback I'll proceed. I really think your lighting is effective on this piece. Night scenes can be so tough yet so cool when done well. I also like the random nature of the combatants. Some are involved while others can only wait to be near enough to be involved. This is a really fine scene. You do wonderful work! -jay

Fabulous, a very artistic piece of work. The only thing I could ask for is more light so I can see the detail you put into it.

I don't really get into battle scenes, but this is one of the best I've seen. Peter Jackson should have hired you as a concept artist for LOTR.

ok ok - o can see the picture - but i really dont belive what i see - this is breathtaking too good to be true, so i come back tomorrow and will have a look again, to make sure that is was not only a dream what i saw - andy, you are unbelievable, maybe you have a few seconds time and could tell me how long you worked on this unbelivable piece, such a piece would take me month to finish as i am not a fast painter, so it would be really interesting to know - thanks for posting your wonderful art...........
