Nice work. To improve I would suggest that you light some of the background area ... add some windows with light streaming out, or maybe some more of those nice neon signs. A poster with a couple of lights shining on it? Right now you have some good detail back there but it is hard to make out. Hope thats of help. Keep it up. :)

due to computer breakdown the background lights havent been rendered. the image contains 48 light sources. there should supposedly have been a volume light inside the room with the balcony.
