take a picture -> build a vector graphic -> play around with layers -> tweak some filters -> shake everything ->here you are...

I got this from her too just minutes ago.. and indeed she looks like the model I needed not only for another pencil portrait, but to experiment my newly done training in Photoshop. You did a very nice job here. She truely inspires with her beauty and adorable personality :)
