An interesting and excellent render. May I make one suggestion you may or may not wish to consider... notice on the wall just above the picture... the light from outside is casting a "windowframe" shadow across the wall, but there's a circular interruption of the shadow by an omni light right in the middle of it. In reality, one would wonder what the mysterious source of that circular light is. Generally speaking, I can't seem to find anything in the room that would cast light on that wall other than from the outside, since the ceiling light doesn't appear to be on. So perhaps try either removing that particular omni from the scene, or moving it to a location where it doesn't interrupt the window's frame shadows, and it would be a perfectly realistic piece. Other than that small observation, it's great!

thanks for all the comments...i also notice that circular light on that wall after i post it. I'll be checking on that on how i can maintain the ambience after removing that light. Thanks

Looks great. Only comments would be the omni light you already know about and I'm not sure but the wall across from the window I think is to bright. Seems to me if the shadow from the window only makes it to the middle of the room then there would be very little light on the opposite wall. I would check that on the next sunny day. Overall I really like the composition and thing with some minor light tweaks you'll have nailed this one.
