It is the Personal Touch
from your heart,
which transforms a picture
into... ART!
This is Matisha, my four year old.
She really is an angel! BIOMy father and I have an art publishing and distributing company for Overprinting poetry and verses. (Overprinting art must have the center of the art clear for printing on.) My Father is an 84 year old professional oil artist. I am a developing artist out of necessity. If we can not license what our customers request, my father or I must paint it. He in the Real world with oils and canvas or I on the computer. I mainly use Picture Publisher.
Often I use the computer to move or add items to my fathers paintings to make them appropriate for our market, since they must have an area to have a poem printed on.

It's a very nice image on its own so I feel funny suggesting changes. But if you are going to use this as the paper on which the poems are written, which I think is what you are saying, then you might move the large rose a little to the left, fade the piano out a tad more, and maybe make the rose on the piano stand out a little more for contrast. I'm not an expert and all of these suggestions depend on the size of the font you are using, its color, and where you are going to put the poem on the image. I would want the image to be clearly visible as this would be for piano students, but the poem should probably be the dominant thing. Good luck.

I will never tell anybody what to do. But I can make suggestions. I would bring the rose a little to the left, what is good for printing the poem, as that needs space. I would also change the direction of the rose, I would make it the same as the angel as the line of the stick that holds up the pianocover. Then I would change the shadow of the piano and make it in line with the angel of the pianostick and the rose. That will create a sort of depht feel. What bugs me a bit is that the rose has a clear light coming from the right, but it does not look that the shadow of the piano is following that direction. For me thats the most diffecult part of mixing diverse objects and get it right. Hope it helps, and tnx for adding me ;)
