Dedicated to a very dear friend, with much love Today, Dec. 14 is "Light a Candle" day for those who have lost a child. Oh Irene...this is so beautiful...she is so beautiful. There is a wonderful and inviting softness that, I think, are the things we visualize when we think of Heaven. Her sweet cherub face is perfect in form and tone. Her hair and wings are the perfect shades of colors bathed in shadows and light. Wonderful work on the clouds as well...Cheryl

What a beauty, this little figure reminds me of my daughter Lyndsey when she was small :-), my sympathy goes to all that can relate to the theme of this image...And let us not forget there are many ways to lose a child!
