Description

I worked long and hard at making things appear real, natural: the moisture in the air, the translusecncy and texture of the clouds, the height and shape of the spires. The angle, POV set things right for me; I wanted a view an eagle might see while hunting or riding air currents.

Thanks for the kudos all! An image such as this one often takes my G4 10-20 hours to render; I usually render for my monitor's best resolution (1600X1200), then scale things back for Renderocity's galleries.
