Description

This is a redone version of my Colony image. It's far from finished and an old project. But the file is so slow that work is a bore. I thought I might upload the state it's in now. Starfield was added. Headlights are photoshop lens flares. The terrain is part of a Mars heightmap. Rendering took 23 hours.. I might finish this image when I upgrade again.

I envision similar things in my mind but do not as yet have the ability in 3D design to turn my visions into creations. Thanks for showing me what I may be like when i grow up! lol. ~vote~

Excellent use of the resources available in Bryce. Terrain work is great as are the light halos. I think I would have been satisfied with it as is! Nice work!
