Description

If the text above sounds familiar, you are probally a vp contest junkie like my self.I just save an avatar in its different stages of being painted. Is it art or just a waste of 20 minutes?? Or a 20 minute wait for some one to stroke your ego?? (vn, wtg, nice job...etc). Got the idea from an image i seen by Structure.

Omg...... resembles this , freaky may we all bow down to the god of vp contests, is it worth it? is it art work or is it an ego stroke, i guess it depends who your up against, whether you do it as a learning tool or in hope the judges like your style against someone elses, I think its an individual opinion, in some instance avatars are an artform.. Guess it depends on alot of factors.. Great work...as always

Not a waste of twenty minutes but practice to become able to work on something far more challenging. Chatting in VP, now THAT is a waste of twenty minutes...nice avatar btw.

really interesting to see the step by step progression of your painting style....as to the question, is it art? I think art is in the eye of the creator, who can be the ultimate judge of something so personal and subjective?
