I personally dont like the composition, Some Tips: Dont use Lensflares they make the scene look cheap, there is a lot of "nothing" in the Scene, so i think you should show the UFO a as main Object. For the Textures: There is a great set of textures for liquid, downloadeble at renderosity.com. Download it and try using sea01 to sea03. The Land TEX is ok, though i guess its a little LOWRES. Landscape-textures should mostly be around 3000x3000 to 12000x12000 Pixels large. A nice trick is is to layer several Landscape-textures on 1 Object. Sorry for the hard critics.
