Thank you to Punmaster and Moebius, for their constructive criticism, about the last render I made of this scene.
So here is a new updated version with the suggested touches put into place.

..the floor came out excellently..i'd like to see more variation on the wallpaper..could prove dramatic..great interior render..

Definitely a much, much better version of your scene. Your lighting here really gives a wonderful warm fuzzy feeling to the scene. The throw (wool?) rug is also a terrific touch. Well done!
