This is my first try at a Mars landscape... I hope to finish an animation soon

The sky is marvellous! But overall it's a bit too red IMHO and slightly more variation in the surface would make it more interesting.

Agree with joshus - more layers needed, also is that the end of the world on the left? I like the atmos and clouds.
