Description
This was done completly in Photoshop, and is one of my favorite scratch-built pictures. It must've taken me an hour or two, I can't remember. I did take me a while though. I might add to this and repost it, I don't know.
For all those who's dreams are in the stars. (Astronomers, etc.)
I hope you enjoy it.
KPT Texture Filter = background/farthest stars
Lens Flare = close stars
Paintbrush = not quite so close stars and nebulae
