Description

This is the same as previous posts, but I increased the grass blade count substantially to improve the lie.

Can I make a few suggestions? The terrain in the background is cool, but it needs a better texture. Maybe some bump or whatever. The grass looks good, but the boulder or rock there seems a little flat texture-wise too. The sky looks real.

Yes, I agree. I have not been satisfied with the texturing on the terrain, but I gave up over frustration with working in altitude layers. I wish I had a material plugin such that I could make textures as we do in Terragen.

Hi. A good material plugin for doing landscapes like this is either Dreamscape or Groundcrew. I think you'll find the results of either of those two is very similar to Bryce or Terragen. Highly detailed, etc. But they too take some practice as well to get used to them. I think you can get either at Digimation if I'm not mistaken.
