This is from a recent hike ( last week) into the north Cascades in Washington State , USA.

I will visit more of these gentle giants later this week. It is nice to know others will enjoy seeing them. I will look for great trees to show you. We have old growth here, in spots. They are incredible trees! Thanks a lot!
