Married to Claire, aka PurpleJelly, a not-currently-active member here. We have two children, Samuel and Ilona. Sam has recently been diagnosed with autism and Ilona appears to be pretty much the same but we're awaiting the outcome of further tests. We all share our house with nine (yes, nine!) cats. Good job it's a big house.
Due to the little ones, I don't spend as much time here as I used to, but I'm intending to spend more time working on my modelling and hopefully selling a few bits and pieces here. I have an extensive range of Dalek models available in Freestuff, and at least one other non-Dalek freebie. More freebies will be forthcoming as time allows, including - but not limited to - more Dalek stuff and perhaps the odd bit of scenery and general SF stuff.

Brilliant work, I love the idea of an autobiographical poser series. It's impossible to describe "everything" you've experienced with words, sometimes they just can't explain a look, a smile, a certain expression... If you can let other's see that through your art that's a hell of a talent and something that takes a lot of strength. The facial expressions in this image are fantastic, and the compositing with the background is great.

As a close friend and knowing the whole saga... I can say you pictured it perfectly... and in a few words you put that all so clear... and now I just wonder how impressive the others are gonna be... cause I know you... I know the next chapters... Wonderful Paul how you can bring a sense of reality to your images... wish I could...

Great story and pictures.

I'm especially struck by the thought of "being somewhere else in her mind." I've been like that, unbeknownst to the person I was with. The writing is great, ditto the expressions. Small point: The background is good in terms of composition, but the colors seem a bit washed out, esp. in comparison to the vibrance of the rendered figures. I'd make the sky bluer, after all, from the narrator's perspective, things appear to be fine.
