The little irregularities on the surface of the skin are incredible!

If this were in the Mixed Media gallery, I would have to give it a perfect 10, hands down. However, as it is posted here in the ZBrush gallery, and I cannot tell with certainty what parts of it are created with ZBrush and what parts were created with the other programs, I can only say that it is a very nice work of art. I can't rate it as ZBrush art.
