This is a test render using a new product that I created that is now in the renderosity store. I thought people might like to know about it. It's called DRAMATIC inVIRONMENTS, and it consists of photographic backdrops with a complex corresponding set of lights to mimic the lighting conditions in the picture. The main image here is an unretouched render (except for the addition of the shadow), using the 'marscape' image and corresponding light set from DRAMATIC inVIRONMENTS. The inset image uses the backdrop, but the default Poser lighting set without any adjustments. I welcome any comments on the product concept or what you see here.
