Wild looking creature. Can't really crit on it for you since it's whatever you want it to be. There's no basis in reality to compare it to. The texture is cool... I like the detail in the "head" area. Although I think the eyes could be more defined, unless you're going for a "membrane" look there. Also the inside of the claws would look cool with some jagged edges. All in all good job. Interesting beast.
