Gotta love that fan.....and the wood texture on the base. When I was nine years old my parents had a fan like this and it would oscillate from side to side. One day I was in a hurry and tripped over it and it would never oscillate again. It also had a vibration. My parents still used that fan for decades and every time I was around, I was reminded of my clumsiness. That still wasn't as bad as the time I dropped a bowling ball on my face though.
