Jesus wants to touch us all with his mercy and his love. I am grateful that you took the time to tell me. All we can do to show our appreciation of Him is to love one another, to hate the sins, but love the sinners. It is easy to love the people who are good to us, yet even though Jesus was,(and is)despised and rejected, he continues to reach out to us with His Love!

Thank you all so much. I am very glad to know that there are other members here who appreciate the power of Christ...even in an artist's interpretion of Him. He is my true inspiration. I forgot to say that this image was made with PSP. and love, lots of it!

There is not a rating high enough for this image!! Without a doubt, the very BEST portrait of Jesus in these galleries! I agree with what everyone here has had to say. God bless you, and may He fill you with the fullness of Himself so that you might abound in every good thing!

Yes He did. And He loved His friend Lazarus with all of His heart. Very well done!

Thank you, poet001. This was posted a decade ago, and i just thought about it a couple of days ago. I was thinking that I should change the title of this image because of the very reference that you mentioned. Thinking of it now, I see that before we are born from above, we all, like Lazarus, are dead until we answer His call! May all that have ears to hear, hear Him calling, Come forth! May the Father bless you, richly.
