Well I guess this whole thing is experimental - the image started out as an experiment to see if i could make a realistic looking centaur (if that's possible, esp. with only a "dork" and a p4 horse) and it's gonna be interesting to see how many people will look at it anyway, as there aren't really a lot of women and that seems to be one of the deciding factors in what gets viewings and what doesn't these days (sad, but true).
SO, was it worth looking at? Comments, negative and positive, will always be taken into consideration.

The centaur looks very good! The whole composition is really stunning: so many elements I didn't know where to look! And there are two women! ;))(but no boobs;)

Quite well done by using the basic Poser equippement. An interesting menagerie too!

I think it's a funny picture well done. Maybe, the horse's body is a little too small In the Bryce gallery, the most viewing pictures are not those with lots of woman (not always :)

Is is definately worth looking! And it is definately an excellent picture! Clean rendering, nice lighting, excellent postwork. The Centaur is really wonderful. One minor critic (but maybe it is only me): There is so much stuff in this picture that my eye keeps wandering. But: put your hand over the trio in the back (lion, leopard and the man) and you get a clean focus on the centaur and his "companion"... Nevertheless: Excellent work! :-)

I rather like the complexity! So many fun things to look at! Quite a brilliant narrative whether you intended it or not! :-)

Rather sad isn't it Sand Tyger... But yes it was quite well worth the look. Great job on the centaur (especially considering what raw materials you had to work with). I like the addition of the business men at the bottom of the image... adds just the right touch of the sureal to make the image work on more than one level. All in all, great work.

Well, this is quite surreal! Excellent scene, very dynamic and full of interest! Nicely composed as well. I keep finding new things in it. Excellent stuff! :)

Weird carnival train. Excellent work on the centaur, makes me wonder how you did that. Fredy may be right, this image might be just too full of characters. On the other hand, that adds to the surrealism. Great job

Great work, I applaud your being different and going with what looks good rather then just what will catch a view!

MAN BOOBS! YES! No, seriously, like most I've never been a big fan of the P4 animals, but whatever postwork you did on the fur is lovely. Just one question: is that an elephant in the background or just a rock face? It's hard to tell with the DOF. My initial reaction was that it was just a rock face but then I began to have doubts.

This is one of the best fantasy pieces I have seen in a long time! Bravo!

Wow ... extraordinary piece! The only slightly weak point is the post-processing on the join ... but that's the nature of the beast, I suppose, if you're piecing your centaur together from spare parts (I use the DAZ 'taur, m'self ... simplifies things ). And it doesn't detract from the image, regardless. The impression I get from this image is that of a circus parade ... whether that has anything to do with what you had in mind, I have no idea, but it's a great image either way. And I like the point you make with the thumbnail for this image. Too many people seem to confuse the phrases "fantasy art" with "Look! Breasts!" and I for one am tired of having to slog through page after page of what largely amounts to soft-core porn to find an image that was thought out somewhere above the waistline. Thanks for the genuine creativity!

Beautiful! The centaur is great because he is so unlike most of the ones I see depicted. The picture tells a great story and still keeps the viewer wondering exactly what is happening. I'd love to be able to go to that circus.
