I like the rock texture and the angle the light strikes, but I think the sky really needs a little more work. I'm really a beginner myself though, so take that with a grain of salt ;)

Ditto hrothgar plus: You can get pretty good cloud colours by playing around with the atmosphere sliders (the bottom one 'light decay' for sunsets). So there's normally no need to edit the colours manually. Other than that though, it looks good :)

I like the colors on your water, and I especially like the cliffs on the left. The shadows on those really bring out the details of the mountain. I like the way the sun is peeking around the corner of the other mountain. It's a nice first image.
